After a year of consultation and study, QMC has recognised several efforts already being made and developed ideas and recommendations for action. Firstly, good work already undertaken at church involves:

  • recycling
  • care for the environment through prayer (Opening Liturgy G)
  • regular checks of church property for environmental efficiency
Some of the ideas for improvement include:
  • consider switching to a green energy supplier
  • undertake an environment-focused bible study
  • save water by putting 'hippos' in the toilet cisterns
